How is service cost calculated?
The cost of delivery depends on the weight and dimensions of a package, as well as its starting point. To calculate it, use our calculator or provide details for calculation in your application — we will contact you to inform you of cost and provide consultation about shipment.
Customs duty
This is payment calculated by representatives of customs offices. The amount is based on worldwide customs laws and the laws of the country for customs clearance. The customs duty may be included in the delivery service cost or paid separately upon request by customs authorities.
Additional fees (customs duties and broker fees)
Broker fee is payment for services of a customs broker. The cost may vary depending on type of services, countries, and individual customs broker. Storage fees are fees for longer-term storage of cargo. Free storage is limited in time, and if cargo stays beyond that time in the warehouse, payment will be required.
Insurance
Cargo insurance depends on the service chosen and is included in delivery costs.
